Manual monthly renewal
nurseOS Pro currently uses manual monthly renewal through PayMongo. It does not claim automatic recurring billing in this version.
Refund requests
Beta users may contact support for refund review. Refund eligibility may depend on payment status, access period, usage, local law, and PayMongo processing rules.
Failed or cancelled payments
Failed, cancelled, or expired checkout sessions do not activate Pro access. Successful access starts only after nurseOS receives a verified PayMongo payment event.
