This draft privacy summary describes the intended beta handling of student study data and should be reviewed before public launch.

Data used by nurseOS

nurseOS stores account details, profile information, uploaded document metadata, study notes, quizzes, flashcards, conversations, usage records, and billing history needed to operate the product.

AI processing

When users ask AI questions or generate study materials, relevant study content may be sent to the configured AI provider from secure server-side routes. API keys are not exposed to the browser.

Payments

PayMongo handles checkout and payment processing. nurseOS stores payment status and safe provider identifiers, not full payment card details.

Security

nurseOS uses Supabase authentication, owner-scoped row-level security policies, server-side API routes, and environment variables for private credentials.
